I visited Fredericksburg last weekend, and came across Heirlooms. I saw some items (pillow, and tote bags)in the store I really wanted, however the store was busy and we were needing to get back to San Antonio. I left and regretted not purchasing. I called the store and spoke to an employee whom was very pleasant and asked about shipping me the items if they were available. Luckily they were. She said the store manager would be contacting me the next day. Most of the time I don’t hold my breath. However, the store manager called me the next day and was so helpful and friendly. She said she could ship me the items and I was able to do everything easily over the phone. I couldn’t believe that my items arrived the next day, packaged perfectly. They included a sweet thank you note as well.  This saved me the time to drive there, and I love the customer service that was provided. It was exactly the way customer service used to be and should be! Thank You and I look forward to shopping here again. It was honestly my favorite store in Fredericksburg.
